Crew counts off

I don’t think that Crew counts should include those who never reached 80km, such as challenger crew, Apollo 1 crew etc per your own site definitions. If you filter out all the crew whose destination was “Lower” and only had one flight (6 by my count) then it would change 790 to 784.
