Reconsider which program Soyuz capsule launches are a member of

Right now in the dataset, Soyuz capsule launches fall under 4 program categories: Soyuz, Salyut, Mir, and ISS.

Shouldn’t Salyut, Mir, and ISS be destinations only? And then just move all Soyuz launches under the Soyuz program?

I believe it’s in the site this way now, because JSR splits Soyuz launches under these program headers. Need to verify that. If so, then to understand his rationale, and see if that holds for this site and these visualizations. But it might be more clear to make this proposed change.
